Swart&co Accountants values itself on having a proper complaints procedure and handling complaints carefully and confidentially. Should a person who is not associated with the accounting firm or a person associated with it, whether inside or outside the accounting organisation, wish to raise alleged irregularities, they can do this without jeopardising their legal status.
